CORE TCG is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with CORE TCG.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and CORE TCG, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made with CORE TCG.

  5. Use robots, spiders, automated scraping tools, data-gathering tools, agentic artificial intelligence tools, or other automated or manual processes to access the Services in violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CORE TCG and its partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors, as well as Shopify and its affiliates, shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.

This includes, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, lost data, replacement costs, or similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or another legal theory, arising from:

  2. Products purchased through the Services.

  3. Errors or omissions in content.

  4. Loss or damage resulting from content or products posted, transmitted, sold, or otherwise made available through the Services.

This limitation applies even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We will notify you of an indemnifiable claim. Failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced by the delay.

We may control the defense and settlement of a claim at your expense, including the selection of legal counsel, but we will not settle a claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.

You agree to cooperate in the defense of indemnified claims, including by providing relevant documents and information.

We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations, subject to applicable law.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws and courts of the jurisdiction in which CORE TCG is legally established or headquartered, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply under the laws of the customer’s jurisdiction.

You and CORE TCG consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to applicable law.
